Return & Refunds Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 30 days returns policy on any non-subscription items. Unfortunately if 30 days have elapsed since the date you placed your order, we will not be able to accept your return. Please contact us for further details about this if required at email@example.com
What items can I return to you?
Firstly, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, still in its' original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
We accept returns for all items on our site with the following exceptions:
Perishable goods such as food, drink (including syrups, coffee and hot chocolate), or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Any downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items (please contact us for more details)
How do I return my item?
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, if you bought the item from us, please return it to us as well.

Please make sure you include your order number, name, contact details and the reason for your return within your parcel so we can match it to your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs of your parcel unless the item is faulty/defect, all return shipping costs will be refunded for items in this condition.
We would always recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your parcel arrives, or we can locate it if there are any problems during shipping.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any applicable refund will then be processed back to your original payment within 10-14 days.
Please note, we cannot process refunds for items which have been used or clearly damaged via use. We have systems in place which are able to detect damage beyond your responsibility, such as during freight. If you item is deemed to have been damaged by user interaction and not fit for a fair refund, we will contact you to arrange collection/redelivery.
Still waiting on a refund?
If the 10-14 days since your refund was processed have elapsed then we would advise you contact your credit/debit card company, and/or, to check with them if the payment is in clearing.

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
