Free delivery is within the UK only and is now sent via our available couriers.
To qualify for this you will need to have spent £90 after any discount is applied; offer does not apply to gift subscriptions.
We want your coffee to be as fresh as possible when it arrives with you. Due to this, we process all of our coffee orders every morning, by 6.30 am and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly. With any orders placed by 8 am, we will aim to dispatch the very same day.
Any coffee orders placed after 8 am on a Friday, will be dispatched with our available couriers on the next working day, as we do not offer weekend delivery.
Store Item Lead Times
After we receive your order, it will be processed and we will aim to dispatch your items to you within 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product description.
Working days are Mon - Friday (exc bank holidays), if you order after 8 am on any Friday then it will be processed the following Monday or available working day.
Once your order has been collected by our couriers, you will receive a dispatch notification to the details you have provided us (email or txt). Our couriers will aim to deliver your items to you the next available working day.
Please be advised that there are currently delays expected with ALL deliveries nationwide, due to the the continued coronavirus pandemic and increased demand created by online shopping.
Postage will be quoted at time of order.
International postage is calculated at checkout.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your delivered products, please refer to our replacement or refund policy or please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.
