Can I still place an order?
Yes, JavaHub continues to serve customers. You can check the current delivery times at order checkout or via My Orders on our app.
Are delivery times affected?
As Covid-19 has spread, we’ve seen an increase in people online activity as well as delays with all courier services across the country. As a result, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment. This includes our standard and next day express delivery which may also take longer than usual.
I have pre-ordered a product from you, when will I receive this?
On some of our products, you may have in the past or in the future be able to pre-order for when the item is back in stock. We will advise on our site the expected stock replenishment date, however, this is subject to change if there are supplier delays. Your item will be dispatched to you when we receive new stock and a notification will be sent to you, the moment this is collected by our couriers.
Is it possible to return items?
Yes, you can continue to return items as normal if unwanted or damaged. Once received, provided that the product is unused and in good condition, a refund will be issued. However due to it being a perishable good, we do not accept returned coffee, syrups or Hot Chocolate. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Is it safe to receive orders?
According to the WHO, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.
Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Most of our coffee subscriptions and deliveries are designed to fit through your letterbox to rule out any contact, although depending on your order this cannot be guaranteed. In this case, JavaHub's delivery associates and partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers, this may include placing packages at the your doorstep and stepping back.
In order to protect customers and their neighbours, we will avoid delivering your order to a neighbour.
Can anyone become a JavaHub Affiliate?
Yes. We have people from all walks of life applying to become affiliates from stay at home mum and dads who want to earn a little something extra, to those making it a full-time business. As long as you are happy to dedicate some of your time each week to promote our coffee, we will give you the advice and support to build your subscription network and start making money!
Why is JavaHub coffee not sold in stores?
Like growing numbers of products and services today, Javahub coffee is sold directly to consumers rather than through traditional retail outlets. This gives consumers the opportunity to have conversations with JavaHub directly to fully understand the product before buying. Our affiliate program also allows the company to invest money in the people who share the product rather than spending money on advertising and other expenses typically associated with selling a product in stores.
I didn't receive my free pods/ V60/ Free T-Shirt with my subscription?
Like many UK subscription services, we aim to reward those loyal customers who wish to be part of the JavaHub journey by joining our monthly subscription. However free items, such as the V60 or Pod kit, which are supplied at a cost to us, are supplied assuming that you are continuing your subscription with us. If you cancel your subscription, shortly after subscribing, we would not look to include the costly free kits, aimed at loyal customers.
Free kits are often sent separately to the main subscription box, due to packaging restrictions and will arrive shortly after the your subscription delivery.
Is the way JavaHub coffee sold, an MLM business scam?
No. JavaHub coffee is sold through our unique business model we call our affiliate program, that combines aspects of several types of businesses. While we employ a compensation model, adapted from network marketing, it is more closely akin to a franchise business model in many respects. We do not ask for affiliates to grow a team and earn residual income from their teams’ sales, instead we offer to reward those for sharing the subscription service with others directly. Other than the subscription itself, so that you can enjoy and try the coffee you’re promoting, there are no upfront costs, stock or fees associated with our model. MLM programs typically involve requirements to purchase product inventory (stock) in order to make money. JavaHub affiliates are not required to purchase any product inventory. This is because we deliver direct to the consumer when the orders are placed. In addition to this, we closely monitor purchases of the products by our affiliates to ensure that they are not accumulating stock.
Similar to a franchise, the JavaHub affiliate program offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to sell established branded products through a market-proven system supported by a corporate office. The affiliate program does not include the large franchise fees and other investments required by traditional brick-and-mortar franchise businesses, however.
Do you charge a fee to become a web affiliate?
No. The beauty of being a web affiliate is that it’s your website or online marketing space that you fill. We can supply the media for you to set it up, if you require, and any traffic that leads to a subscription will be rewarded £10 each month for as long as the subscription runs. Simple.
I have a large family and we all drink coffee; can you supply more than 3 bags?
Yes of course! If you require more just let us know and we can sort that out.
I have a small business; can I subscribe?
Yes definitely. In fact, we have made bespoke packages specifically for businesses who wish to enjoy a better-quality coffee in the office. Just order the box that suits the number of people drinking it.
When is your coffee roasted?
At JavaHub, we roast our coffee 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8am - 5pm. Roasting coffee everyday means you will always receive our most recent roast. We will check our orders every morning, Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays), at 7.00 am and create a roast schedule accordingly. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 7.00 am on the very same day. Orders received on Fridays after 7.00 am will be roasted and despatched the following Monday.
Is there a contract?
No. As with many other services like NowTV, when you subscribe, you choose what coffee you would like delivered each month and that delivery will be supplied every month unless you change or cancel it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course, as there is no contract holding you to a fixed term, whether you enjoy one month or ten years you can cancel your subscription at any time. We ask for at least one weeks noticed to avoid the payment going through over a weekend, when we are not open. All paid for and processed orders will be shipped.
Do you only sell coffee?
At JavaHub we want to revolutionise the way we all enjoy coffee and bring it back into the home or workplace. We specialise in coffee but are always looking to improve our range. We have already added decaf water, teas and an amazing hot chocolate so why not give those a try as well.
Is your coffee sustainably sourced?
Yes. We also work to ensure fair trade with our suppliers.
Can your packaging be recycled?
100%. One of the major issues that hits our news is the amount of litter, plastic and waste that is clogging up our streets, rivers and oceans. A big contributor to this is the 7 million used coffee cups, from the franchises we all know and love, littering our streets each day. To combat this, all our packaging can be recycled, and we even supply two free travel mugs with your first box.
