The Horn of Africa

Hacienda (Espresso)

Brazil, Colombia, Rwanda

Inspired by our visit to the Mexico olympics, in the 1960's. Travelling through Central and South America visiting farms and upon his return created Hacienda. The flavours of central and south America in a cup. Tropical Fruits, Light Cocoa, Milk Chocolate, Sweet Caramel and Amaretto. Soft acidity and round lingering palette. Delicious!
